Cubillas Dam
Very close to Granada Capital, we can enjoy a pleasant kayak or canoe ride in the reservoir of Cubillas. The dam is surrounded by mountains, but without any doubt, the most impressive is the panoramic view of Sierra Nevada, a National Park, and the Europe’s southernmost ski station.

Quentar Dam
At 1.134 metres above the sea level is located the dam of Quentar, which collects its waters directly from Sierra Nevada

La Herradura
We start our route in the Herradura beach (province of Granada), and we paddle along the coast to the west until we arrive to the “Cueva de las Palomas” (Cave of the Pigeons). We can enter the cave with our kayaks, and after this visit we paddle back enjoying the views of the coast, and the sea, the fresh air and, if we are lucky, some dolphins and flying fishes… .

- The rafting season in Andalusia runs from April to October, although it can be extended in case the snows of Sierra Nevada starts to melt earlier or it rains heavily. That allow us to raft on the Genil or Guadalfeo rivers also in other months of the year.
- All the people who wish to live strong emotions that provide us whitewater rafting.
- The only requirement is to know how to swim.
- The age of the participants depends on the stretch of the river where you want to raft. (Consult with Sulayr Aventura).
